As of October 28, 2020, the Board of Directors determined that the Evolutions Oversight Committee mandate and function is duplicative of the CEO's reporting of Evo Management's financials, and that it is therefore necessary and proper, and in the best interest of the District, to dissolve the Committee, per Resolution No. 896.
