Randy has over 40 years of leadership experience, 30 of which have been in healthcare, including serving as CEO on three separate occasions.

He is a graduate from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in business economics. He is also a board-certified healthcare leader and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, the nation’s top professional society for healthcare leaders.
